REFUND POLICY
General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a license key has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds as the product has been fully provided and cannot be "returned."
License Duration
Each purchase grants you a 30-day license key. This is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription.
- Your license is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- After 30 days, you will need to make a new purchase to continue using the software.
- No automatic renewals or recurring charges will be made.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Duplicate purchases made in error (within 24 hours of purchase).
- Technical issues on our end preventing delivery of the license key.
- Critical software malfunction that we are unable to resolve.
Any refund granted under exceptional circumstances is at Lazy Rotations' sole discretion and does not establish any entitlement or precedent for future requests.
What We Cannot Refund
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Game account bans or suspensions resulting from use of our software.
- Changes to third-party games that affect software functionality.
- Failure to read product descriptions or system requirements.
- Personal preference or change of mind after purchase.
- Inability to use the software due to your hardware or internet connection.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in immediate license termination and a permanent ban from our services. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us through Discord first.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund, please contact us via our Discord support server with:
- Your email address used for purchase.
- Date of purchase.
- Reason for refund request.
- Any relevant screenshots or documentation.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
